When I will get my order?
We do our best to send your order within 48 hours from receiving the payment. We do not sent with COD beyond Poland, so we have to get the payment first. After the dispatch you will get a notification with the tracking number. You can check estimated delivery time to your country in Shipment: http://basketzone.net/index.php?action=wysylka. If you order to European Union, delivery takes no longer than 5 working days.
How can I pay?
After placing the order you will be redirected to PayPal - you can pay this way. If you wish to pay later, you can send the money via PayPal to our account: as a recipient type 'firstname.lastname@example.org'. You can also pay through traditonal transfer - all information is provided in feedback e-mail with the order and also in 'Terms and Conditions'.
What if my order is incorrect?

How can I exchange product?
You can exchange product to any avaliable on Basketzone.net within 14 days from receiving the order. To do so, write to us - firstname.lastname@example.org - and give the model and size which you need. Remember that costs of shipping in case of exchange (both ways) must be paid by a customer.
How can I return product?
You can return product within 14 days from receiving the order. Please, write to us before sending it back. We return money after receiving the product from you.
How many products may I order?
In a single order we can send 6 products within European Union and 2 products to the other countries. If you wish to order more at one time, price will be fixed individually.
May I order product or size that is no longer available?
We do not order individual products.
Basketzone.net sells sport shoes, sport clothing and sport accessories via on-line shop. All photographs available on the website present authentic images of products. The colors may differ depending on one’s screen parameters.
RULES OF ORDER
Placing the order on basketzone.net is equivalent to accepting the rules and regulations of the shop. The order is realized not later than 30 days from the placing. Options of payment:

RULES OF PRE-ORDER
During 5 days from placing the order the customer is obliged to pay 5% of total amount of the order. Otherwise, the order is cancelled. The rest of amount should be paid at least 3 days before the premiere. If the order is cancelled not from the buyer's fault, customer is given back the cash advance. The article is sent in the day of premiere or day after (unless it is delivered to the seller).
TERMINATING THE CONTRACT
Customer may dismiss the contract without giving the reasons during 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. In that situation, customer should submit a specified statement which can be provided by e-mail after sending a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Returned product, unused, has to be send back to the seller immediately, not later than 14 days from terminating the contract. The buyer pays all costs of returning the product.
PRICES AND DISCOUNTS
Prices given on the website are gross prices and they do not include costs of shipment. Discounts do not combine with one another and they do not include JORDAN RETRO series.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
Proof of purchase is attached to the product. If not - please contact basketzone.net staff to complete the transaction. Proof of purchase commonly comes as bill of sale. When the customer wish to receive an invoice, he should inform that fact during placing the order. Bill of sale may be rewritten for an invoice during 7 days from receiving the delivery of product.
Seller do not provide warranty for the product. If the product is inconsistent with the agreement, customer may claim for free reparation or replacement unless it is possible or do not demand excessive effort. Consumer should inform the seller about inconsistency not later than 2 months from noticing it. Seller is responsible for consistency with the agreement for 2 years from the transaction. If customer wish to report the inconsistence of the product with the agreement, he should submit a specified statement which can be provided by e-mail after sending a request to email@example.com.
EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCT
Any product purchased through basketzone.net may be exchanged in 10 days from receiving the delivery. The product returned cannot be worn or used. Exchange may be made for product available on basketzone.net website. If customer wish to exchange the product, he should send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. The buyer pays all costs of exchanging the product.
PRESERVATION OF FOOTWEAR
Customer should read guidance attached to original box and tickets providing information about preserving the footwear.
Customer’s personal details are processed solely for the realization of order, with preserving all personal data protection acts present in Polish law.
§ 1 The provisions of the Polish version of the Rules shall apply in case of matters not regulated in the English version of the Rules.
§ 2 In case of any interpretative differences relating to the Polish and English version of the Rules binding is polish version.
